How to Brew Coffee Using a Paperless Coffee Dripper

Step 1: Boil water
Boil distilled water in a gooseneck kettle. Then, take it away from the heat source and let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2: Set up the coffee dripper
Place the paperless coffee dripper on top of the carafe.
Step 3: Add ground coffee
Put ground coffee on the coffee dripper. A good ratio to begin with is 4 tablespoons for every 1.5 cups of water.
Step 4: Allow the coffee to bloom
Gently pour water on the coffee grounds. Put just enough to moisten the grounds, and then leave it for 30 seconds. This will allow the coffee to bloom by releasing all the trapped air inside.
Step 5: Pour in the remaining water
Slowly and carefully pour the rest of the water in a circular motion. This process ensures that over-extraction does not happen.
Step 6: Enjoy!
